From the get-go I felt Reginald asked thoughtful questions to understand my needs; he listened well and recapped his understanding of my requirements. Next, in a very short period of time, Reginald sent me links, separated into 3 categories of places: echoed my expressed needs, presented like places and recently sold places. With this information I was able to narrow down the places to view. Reginald walked side by side with me thru these places, bringing my attention to things I had overlooked or not considered.
